Robo call identified themselves as Rising Media, pushing magazine subscriptions. The number they called is on the "do not call list. Suggest never giving personal info NOR CC INFO, no matter what their pretext.
Said "CUSTOMER SVC" on my caller ID. The recording offered Obamacare healthcare plans as low as $.01 per month. You could press 1 to talk with an agent, or press 2 to be removed from their "special list". I did neither.

Live operator proved to be mostly unintelligible.
She found that hard to believe and hung up.
I have got to develop a routine for these guys, if they are going to continue to call. It's kind of fun to see how long you can keep them occupied on a useless call.
