They called me AGAIN today asking that I look at my "energy" bill and they were adamant they would hold while I looked for it. I have registered with DO NOT CALL yet I continue to get the annoying calls. I've turned my answering machine off but they will not stop calling.

Same problem here... This number calls me at least once or twice a day on my cellphone, and usually just hangs up as soon as I answer. Other times, it's people trying to get me to switch my electric power provider. (Stupid because I'm already using one of these discount, 3rd. party providers as it is, and am under contract with them for at least another year. Definitely not in the market for this at this time.)
I've told them I wasn't interested but they call back again anyway.
