I have to tell everyone here this funny story that goes along w you all. I first received a long email stating i was in violation of bank fraud and 2 other counts of some kind of unethical banking and online financial fraud! And that i would be arrested in 2 days if i didnt....blahblah etc. Well it did scare me a bit but i knew i had not obtained a loan. Online or otherwise..I was thinking Identity Theft..but Officer John Mckenzie of the Financial Crimes Enforcement insisted i settle. SO i, as you started a search for the # 510-356-6617. Found it to be Ymax Corp.in California. I called Mr Mckenzie who insisted i call him OFFICER Mckenzie. I asked, who he was, what Company was he referring to etc etc. This guy, whom i could barely understand, didn't even know my State i lived in, altho i ws going to be summoned to so called Court w/o his help. So i DROPPED THE BOMB..told OFFICER M, that i was on SS Disability and had been for almost 4 years now AND DID NOT EVEN HAVE A BANK ACCT! I use my govt card..lol..Well this set him off again and he was irate and hung up on me but not b4 telling me to "be prepared for MANY complaints to come under my SS #. Ok let me cut this part short. I called Social Security who is now on watch and saw nothing BUT i was informed to call The Federal Trade Commission, as someone stated above..btw the # is...877-438-4338 to report them.
Ok..last of this story..TODAY i get in my email just as you said above, that i am approved for a 4000 loan to call to sign my agreement. This call was from 310-307-2472. I searched and guess who this was.. lmbo..Ymax!!!! Listen ppl..let's use the FTC # i posted above and call and STOP these foreign frauds from scaring, scarring,& most importantly taking people's hard earned money. I will be calling today! Also i would suggest get a free credit report from CreditKarma.com and then contact the 3 Credit Bureau's to report and contact your LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT.
