This number contacted us via text on a Craigslist posting we had made. They wanted to know the condition of the item as they were purchasing as a gift and asked us to ship it to his fiancée in Nigeria. He offered an insane amount extra for the shipping which made us suspicious but then he offered to use Paypal for payment so we thought it might be legit but still decided to do some research. Before confirming payment, he wanted a tracking number to confirm shipment. Our research uncovered several stories with very similar circumstances in which the payment went through Paypal but then was later reversed as a "mistake" leaving the seller having to return the money weeks later, even after item had been shipped. Another take on the story was that the payment was processed and then discovered to be a stolen credit card. Even though our inquirer got pretty pushy with us, we finally convinced him that we were selling to a local party and finally stopped bothering us.
