This number called me also saying I had a legal issue that need to be resolved. This is what I did and I recommend you do as well. Call the FTC at 1-877-ftc-help OR visit FTC.gov and report the number. THEN call the do not call registry at 1-888-382-1222 and add your number to the do not call list. You can also contact the state Attorney General so they can prosecute these people. After that the best advice I can give is to not call them back. This just gives them more steam. They will eventually stop calling you. Good luck everyone!
I just received a phone call from this number as well from Mark Rothman Law Firm. They told me I was a suspect in a criminal case one of 3 and they are going to come pick me up tomorrow Morning. I said pick me up from where they said from your work. I said well I work at a very secure Federal Building good luck getting in there. He said I dont want them to get you, I said well look what do you want me to do. He yelled "Look I dont want you do to anything we will see you tomorrow." My friend was a victim of the same kind of crime and they requested money from her to stop them...im calling back to see what they say now.
Be careful playing with them - it may seem fun/like a good idea, especially as they're so damn annoying, but it may not be worth it in the long run. Reporting them to your carrier, and to local law enforcement, and letting it go may be the best bet.
Just got a call from this number and his message states: "The very second you receive this message I need you or your retained attorney of record to return the call. The issue at hand is extremely time sensitive. My name is Brad and the hotline to my division is 315-370-4352. Do not disregard this message as the situation unfolds on you. Good-bye and may God bless you". REALLY.. they have the nerve to say God Bless You!!
I get calls like this a least every 2 months repeatedly for a week or more. This has got to STOP!! How can I get them to STOP?????
These people called me saying I have a criminal case that needs to be settled. After I refused to confirm any personal information, he cussed me out and then hung up. As I was speaking to him another person called me from the same number. When I asked his name he told me Charles Green. When I called back I asked who I was speaking to he says this is Charl I mean Hector... lol this is a scam. I am not a criminal so I know he has no case against me. Any law company would not conduct calls in that manner. I also texted the number and it went through. No business will make calls like that on a cell phone. BEWARE this is a scam.
