Who called from 3156854500

Received a call on 07/30 @ 10:51 AM Pacific.
Caller ID'ed himself as David Johnson with Microsoft.  He had a VERY THICK Indian accent.
He started telling me that I was getting error messages & that he will explain them all to me & that my motherboard was in danger.
I asked him to confirm that he is with Microsoft & asked him which number he's at.  He said 524-262-5571.  It did not match the one on the caller ID.
When he realized that I'm not going to let him connect to my computer he hung up.

Indian called with obvious windows scam.  When pressed for number he gave 770-981-7570.  I said I would call right back but did not even try the number.  Two days later a pleasant-voiced woman (perfect english) called with same line of bs.
Aug 2, 2015.

Got call. Heavy E. Indian accent .  Had me turn on my computer and do various things.  Did not complete the connection he wanted.  Dawned on me that it was a scam to get connected to my computer. Told him I was not that stupid.  He kept assuring me that he could prove he was with Microsoft.  Just had to jump through his hoops.  No thank you.

3 Calls from this number within an hour.  Heavy Indian accent stating he was from Microsoft.  As soon as I said he was breaking the law he hung up.

Numerous calls from "Welch Allyn" according to the caller ID, they always hang up on the answering machine.
