Similar call.  When I asked when the last error message he received was he was vague, saying only the last few days. When I said we have multiple computers can he tell me which one.  He could not give an computer ID. He identified himself as  Rick Johnson, Employee ID 786 (long pause) 01, from Windows Support Service Department.
