Received a call on my mobile at 6:10 p.m. from just "316." I didn't answer, it's a "missed call," and after reading others' remarks I have deleted it from my call history and will completely ignore and delete in future. Obviously a scam. I will report to Do Not Call Registry, as well as CREDO, if it happens again, however.
This caller will call 4-5 times, back-to-back, as if I will answer it eventually! No caller ID name or company appears on my caller ID. It just shows: 'Caller name and number 'unavailable'. They call every day and multiple times within just a few minutes. I have answered only one time in the past and there is no one on the other end, you just hear a few clicks.
I got a call offering disability benefits, I gave them my address, phone number , full name, my mothers address, and now I know it was a hoax. Can they get my mother's info as well as mine. Will they steal this and ruin us.?
