Just got a call from this number, I am also from the Netherlands. Missed the call and googled it because of the strange number, I think this is very weird?! Where did they get my number in the first place?
Hej, just received the same missed call, didnt pick up the phone.
Rang Ben ( as they are my provider) they said this number has not been added to their abuse list as of yet.
Out of precautions he did send me a " sort of abuse form" i could fill in) in order to reclaim any extra costs because of this.
I also received a lot of unknown numbers calls preceding this +31610000 missed call, also in the middle of the night and in the weekends.
As of now, i am not too worried. I would not pick up any unknown calls anymore however.
