the call says final call from the IRS...When I called the number back they said they were the IRS, but I don't believe them.
Foreign accent.

You should never return these types of calls.
If the IRS wants to contact you they will do so through the US Mail

Received a message saying they were from the IRS and I was being sued.  I called them back and told them I was not giving them any information and they hung up on me.  Someone should arrest them for identity theft!!!
