'Can you hear me?' scam has police urging people to hang up immediately

Caller ID said "Survey," 316-535-9019, but when I answered it was a recording:  "We've sent you the final reminder that your vehicle warranty has expired.  Would you like to find out information about how to renew your warranty? If so, press 2..."   Sounds like a scammer or telemarketer

I think they call and harass motor vehicle owners.. This is not a factory warranty.
