I received a car warranty call from them. I blocked the call and then received additional car warranty calls from other numbers! I don't know how to stop the calls other than to continue to block as they come in. Any suggestions?

I got a call from this number and another number today. I don't answer if I don't know the number or at least the area code. It seems to happen when I talk on the phone with people with smart phones. Or might be a coincidence.
Happened to check my SPAM folder on my Google Voice account and saw this:
