Who called from 3172030454

Wife gets 2-3 calls a day. They don't say a word when she answers and when she or I call back it says the number is not in service.

We got a call today but we don't answer numbers we don't know.

called claiming they were following up on a form I sent them for a glucose meter. never sent any forms to anyone.

keep getting calls from this number and no one ever is there it hangs up and if you call back you can't get and answer.
