Got a call at 11:56 stating that I had filled out a job survey online, which I did not, since I am not looking for a job. He told me if I answered a few quick questions, they could match me up with a job.
Just received call, took several "hellos" before person responded. Said I had completed some online survey about job opportunities, which I did not. I am listed with some established agencies but believe my contact info was lifted off of monster.com or careerbuilder.com. They appear to be some fly by night staffing agency.
I got a call from this number a few minutes ago. They said I completed an online survey and requested job information (not true). Each time I asked a question there was a long pause before it was answered (is this person handling several calls at once?). I asked several times what kind of jobs they were calling about. Eventually they hung up.
Received this call about an hour ago. don't think there's an actual person on the line when they call you. I believe this is an autoresponder with recorded responses. When I answered a question ("do you remember filling out a survey?"), the voice would respond with a pause, then repeat my answer (i.e., "No.") and then another pause, and then another question or statement. I also think my contact info was lifted from Careerbuilder.
