Who called from 3175275634

Calls all times of the day, no VM. I returned call and states the survey i was called for has ended.......

I am getting numerous calls from this number as well as other numbers.  Some say they are from my credit card.  Others say about warranty on car about to expire.  My car is so old that card is silly.  Each week I get from 10 to 20 acam calls.  Something needs to be done.

Caller said "Hi this is Josh from customer service.  Can you hear me?"  I just hung up because I had just read on fb that this is a scam!  They want you to say Yes so they record it and use it to authorize charges on a phone, utility or credit card bill.  Instructions were to just hang up and that is what I did!  I did not say a word.

This number calls all the time. They also tell me something different. Last time i didn't answer and there was no voicemail.
