This number has been calling me all the time and I ignored it, I answered it just now and he said hello this is (name) with American consumer services how are you today I said good and then he hung up.
Answered the call, took about 5 seconds to hear a response. Agent said she was from ACS (some credit agency) and was calling for student loan forgiveness. Whole call seemed odd. The connection was static-y the whole time. After a few questions she said great news I qualify and she was transferring me to a priority line/agent to have a 5 minute conversation. I hung up. They attempted to call back but I declined.
This shows as 317-559-3853 Indiana on my cell. They call about once a day for the last couple weeks, never leave a message, and the one time I answered, they hung up.
