Formerly known as Sallie Mae navies has taken over. These dough [***] harrass me literally 10 times a day. Im eligible for loan forgiveness (Thank you president O!) But these [***] holes still call me non stop at all hours of the day. They wake my kid and everyone else. Doesn't matter if you tell them to Stop. They just keep calling! Filing a lawsuit tomorrow for harrasment and violating creditor laws :-) so excited to get these pricks!
I've gotten calls from Sallie Mae before and they've always left a message asking me to call them back or to go to the website to take care of whatever issue they are calling about. The 317 number is not the same as the one they use, and they never leave a message! Don't even bother calling them back!
Got a call from this number. They call me every 3 days, like clockwork. I am seriously at my wits end. This is annoying not only me, but my family and roommate as well. They never leave a message. I have answered in the past, and only once has somebody been on the other end. They began demanding by SSN #. When I asked who they were and how they got my number, I was told that it wasn't my concern and they hung up. I beg to differ. It IS my business how somebody got an unlisted number.
I keep getting calls from this number always automated with no number mentioned to call back to. The automated call is looking for somebody named Jose. I don't have student loans and my name is not Jose. would call back to inform wrong number but they don't leave a number to call back.
They didn't leave a message but I called them back. It said Sallie Mae. The lady asked for my account number or social security number and I told her I have no account number and I am refusing to give you my social security number because I have no student loans. She asked for the phone number that was called (mine), I gave it to her, waited a few seconds, and she then stated it has been removed from their call list. She was actually very nice and professional.
Rcvd a call from 317-595-1242 (Fishers, IN). Left a v-mail stating it was Heather with Navient Department of Education Loan Services. They have important information regarding my loan and to call 800-722-1300 or go online.
