Got a weird text message from this guy, something pseudo religious and then said he wanted me up in him???

He texted my neice last night she is 13 and was sayimg the rip face thing and some religious stuff about plagues and  and diseases and wanting her to send pictures to him who is it what did you do she is 13!!

got a disturbing msg from this number along with a link to some youtube video - didn't open it - blocked the number from sending me anything else - who is this freak show and why is he texting me?
