My daughter just received a call from this number and he asked for me. When she told him that I wasn't available he said I'll call back and hung up. I tried to call the number back several times but it just rings busy.
I also just got a call from this number and as soon as I answer they hung up. If you call it back you either get a fast busy signal or a message saying the number is not in use. There are several 317 area code numbers that are doing this over the past couple months.
