Who called from 3176717455

I was driving and received a call from 317-671-7455 and I didn't answer. When I called back I also got a fast busy signal. They did not leave message.

Phone rang and this number was in the caller ID. I didn't answer as I didn't recognize the number and there was no message left.

I just received a call from 317-671-7455.  When I said Hello he cheerfully asked if "is this the head of the household?"  I said "I'm at work and who is this?"  He said "no problem we'll just call back later."  I blocked the number!

Received calls from this number twice. No message. Called back and got a busy signal.

Got a call from this number, asked me if the head of the house hold is there, I stated yes and asked who was calling, then the guy hung up.
