Leaves no message if you don't answer. When calling the number back, once it answers if you don't say anything it will sound like someone dialing...hit a bunch of numbers and a woman answers the line. Explain you're on the no call list and you are reporting the call...she gets all frustrated and asks for your number. ..don't give it...tell her if they followed the law they would know!
