Who called from 3178051900

I got a call from this number. No one answered and no message.

Recruiter that calls me every 3 months asking me about my job situation when I've been at my current company for 2 years repeatedly saying I am not interested.

I just got this same message.  They call me about every 6 months.

who are they though?

They are a Job Placement company.  They help put you in contract positions or contract to hire.. they email and call me about once per year.. I dont mind though because you never know when they might have a job I am interested in or if I ever lose my current job I can use them..
