I live in N.H. and have received multiple calls from this #.But when I answer nobody is there.When I call it says my call can not be completed as dialed

When I called this number back, I got a busy signal.

I am on a no call list; I have received numerous calls from this number on my BUSINESS phone as well as my home phone. This is a nuisance and unwanted.

I received a call on my cell phone from this number and when I tried to call back I received a message that the call can not be completed as dailed.
