Received a call from this number at 10:03 this morning. Couldn't get to the phone before the answering machine kicked in. Caller ID showed Unknown Name. They left a message, but it was garbled and in slow motion, as described by Tootsie above.

Just picked up phone after 2 rings and heard dial tone then sound like 2 digits were entered by them. Maybe they are forwarding calls or hacking into phone lines????
St Paul, MN 5/22/14 - rang twice - ID said unknown name. Definitely a scammer. Since I have blocked area codes, new area codes are appearing. The scammers are determined to harass.
Anyone I do business with leaves a message and does not hide behind unknown caller.
Recd scam call from Troy Mills, IA, caught end of message said to enter # to be removed from list. Redialed number, operator said number disconnected 319 224 2222
