Called and said they would lower my rate on a credit card I had, but needed the card number and exp date to complete the transaction....

Caller said it was to lower my credit card interest

Credit card scammer saying they could lower my interest rate on my Chase credit card to below 5% interest for the rest of my life as long as I had my card
