Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question,  has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
