Hi. I just want to personally answer the allegations of USER: pistoff. The caller id in question, has never been associated with CallCenter 360. Also, CallCenter 360 has never been engaged in the business of grants or utilized Robocalls in any of our business processes. This user is a disgruntled employee who was FIRED for poor performance, unacceptable behavior, and drug use.
I have received about 20 calls from this number on my cell phone, early in the morning and it has woken us up. No one speaks and they never leave a voice mail. When I call the number back, the inbox cannot accept messages.
Been receiving calls from this number for a few months. Because I know no one in Iowa I do not answer. They leave no messages. I answered a few times but no one was ever on the line. They just called again and I did answer. And guess what? I got a human being on the other end. They claimed to be selling health insurance. Told them I was on the DO NOT CALL list and to never again. If they do call, they will be in trouble. Do you think that will work? We can only hope so but I do have my doubts.
Number from IA. The first time they called I answered and they immediately hung up. Second time they called I picked up amd there was a person on the other line, not a machine. I couldn't make out what she was saying so I hung up.
I've noticed that when I do pick up, the don't say anything and simply hang up after four seconds. They always hung up at exactly four seconds, so it may just be an automated machine calling random phone numbers. They have called me before though, so there may be some sort of reason for their calls. It's unusual either way.
