Called left no message. Called is says Business Service Center. Called back number not in service

Called our DNC registered landline on 10/30/2014 @ 02:52 PM from Coggon, IA. No message was left.
I *67'ed the number. No company name is mentioned, but there's an automated opt out. Never opt out. It just confirms your line is valid.
I have Blacklisted this number. If this number calls again it will be registered to Caller ID history, but the phone will never ring.

Called my business number, didn't answer out of state unfamiliar number on caller ID. No message left.

Previously Blacklisted number called our DNC registered landline on 11/14/2014 @ 03:43 PM. Ringer was suppressed. Caller ID shows Coggon IA. No message was left.

This is a machine calling to let you know that you have been approved for a loan, even though you never contacted anyone or even inquired about a loan.... just hang up!!!
