they are telling me that I was over paid after I got out of the military and I owed that money back. They tried getting my banking information from me. I have never gotten mail or a phone call from anybody from my previous command. They had no answers for any of my questions I asked and were very rude with me
just got two phone calls from them this morning... no message of course. I am a 21 yr old student in school with absolutely zero bills and college fully paid for. HOW COULD I OWE A DEBT? haha
Received a Call at 6:24 asking me to pay 3,600 that I owed.I am a student, I have NO DEBT WHATSOVER!! The weird thing is that they had my cell phone number which as far as I know no one has and isn't even in my name!
They keep calling me asking for someone that i dont know. I have told them this repeatedly and to take my number off their list, yet they continue to call.
A call from 319-833-1305 identified herself as Genine/Jenine and left 1-866-895-4766 as the call back # after I told her "I" was unavailable and that she please leave a message.
