Who called from 3199844006

Got a call from this number today but they left no msg. It's gotten so bad that I don't answer unless the caller is in my contact list. I got rid of my house phone for this same reason! Now cell phones are just as bad if not worse!

get a call from this yoyo number about once a month. never been fortunate to answer them live and never return the call. just a pain.

I got a call from this number3199844006, Denver, Iowa.  Tried to call back and got a busy signal.  They did not leave a message either.  I am guessing it is a scam ;(
