I have also recieved a phone call from this company claiming that I owe the sum ammonut of 300 dollars and would be sent to court, I asked for their mailing adress and I was immidiatley disconnected. Does anyone know who else we can contact in regards to this natter, I mean how many poor people are falling into this trap, giving away hard earned money
I am so tired of these people using all sorts of numbers and threaten everytime they call with you have a matter that needs to be taken care of today or you will go to jail. I have told these people to send me documentation, well of course I NEVER get documentation, they have told me to shut up and they have also hung up on me and when I try and call the number back, of course it is disconnected. I am sick and tired of this, they call at work, they call at home....These people are so stupid and I am tired of being harrassed.
When they tell you to shut up and they hang up on you - then you know it is a scam, a legitimate company would not do that. They are pretty stupid people.
last summer someone called me from this number 320 05 1786 I asked him (hevy accent) to fax me the information and he said I wish you luck because the police are going to come to your job and arrest you today. He called my phone for several weeks. I had my sister who works for a law firm call and he cursed her out....Now he is calling back again this time he was with LLC saying I have a debt with Advance American He used that before and I called the company and they said we do not even have your name in the database. The woman said it was a scam as they have had several people calling complaining. He called my job! how did he even get my number. I asked him if he could give me a call back number and he hung p on me...I am so sick and tired of these people.
THEY CALLED FROM LLC LAW OFFICE TWO SAYING I OWED THEM 5000.OO AND THAT THE LAW WOULD BE HERE ARREST AND HANDCUFF. . i CALLED THE FTC AND FILING A REPORT ON THIS COMPANY. THEY KEEP CALLING. I TOLD THEM I FILES A REPORT WITH LAW IN THE STATE THE ARE FROM AND THEY HUNG UP. THIS IS GETTING OLD. I DIDNT OWE NO LOAN FROM AMERICAN CHANCE. AS THEY STTED . THY NAMES THEY USE ARE PAUL SMITH CHARELES GREEN AND PAUL THOMPSON. THIS NEEDS TO STOP. THESE PEOPLE CAN CAUSE ALOT OF PROBLEM. i THINK YOU CAN NOT BE ARREST FOR LOAN. IT WOULD BE A CIVIL MATTER. DOES ANY ONE KNOW.
I got a call 2 days in a row. Heavy accent, can barely understand what they guy was saying. All i got was i have to call them or my lawyer, if not all he can do is wish me luck.. What is up with these people. Most creditors I know, send plenty of letters and if they do call, they are not that rude.. and they will state where there are calling from..
just got a call from a woman with an accent, said i owed 5400 and that we'd be arrested tomorrow.. also asked for my social security number... it didn't sound right so i didn't give them any information
