I got the same call today. Susan fitz. Told me or my attorney to call by 7pm. I just had my credit pulled to buy a house so i know i dont have any debts out there. Number originated from minnesota. I was told the last time this happened that it was indeed a scam
I received a call from Susan Fitz320-201-1090 today at 11:12am, claiming to be Direct Recovery Services. Definitely threatening and last chance to correct or fullest extent of the LAW. Followed up with an additional voice recording from some man identifying himself and threatening as well. I am sick of these people calling my phone.
First part of the message left was a computer generated voice, second part was the "this is an attempt to collect" but this part was a live person a man, english speaking and it was an or else statement. Too bad they called the wrong number! Sandy Menefee must have pissed somebody off
