The Susan Finch (Fence? Fitz?) person is a recording. I too got the "it would behoove you to contact us..." BS. They said they were trying to collect a debt from my ex wife, whom I divorced 16 years ago hahaahaha! Good luck with that one!

called and stated that they were looking for my husband.  Stated to tell him or our attorney to contact by 7pm. Will be turning over to local authorities.

This was a recorded message stating that 'It behooves me or my attorney to call today before 7pm.

They say they are IRS, but don't know the presidents name. Told me he was from Lahore, Pakistan.
