Said they were the I.R.S., I told him he was a list and that I was reporting him. He then proceeded to shout vulgarities at me while still claiming to be from the I.R.S., Idiots.
A person left a message to say he was "Officer Jake Williams and there was a question of tax fraud." They want you to wait until the other shoe drops? It is a scam! They are criminals and are from no legitimate court. The call is from Hinkley,MN.
I called the number back to rave at this creep and it does not connect. It is a non fixed VOIP. A call made over the internet like SKYPE. You don't need a physical address and the call can be forwarded from out of the country! Here is a quote from a high level fraud security firm-
"Fraudsters can take advantage of the ease of registration with Non-Fixed VOIP services to perform elaborate schemes and criminal activity that are untraceable."
It is an outrage that they are calling people to scare them and then would try to get them to make a payment and cause more emotional and financial trauma.
I recieve a call from this number saying that I need to give them a call because I am going to be sue regarding of I don't know for what and when I try to come this number it doesn't connect please help me with situation I don't know what to do. Also court cases.
