If this is infact the Home Improvement Store...here is my story. I signed up of a drawing in the local mall to win free window installation. Little did I know that it is a scam to get your information and to cold call you 5-10 times a day. I answered and they said you are entered in a drawing for $10,000 in home improvements and blah blah blah then they proceeded to tell me they were coming to my house to do an estimate and I told them to immediately take my name off their list and do not call ever again....that was about 7 years ago. I have delt with manager after manager promising my name is off their list and yet today I received a call from them yet again. I guess I'm going to pull up some old email strings and email the manager yet again and this time I am telling him I'm reporting their company to the BBB. This is ridiculous..... 320-403-1114
I just went through their spiel and found it to be awful. Yes, they said the home remodel drawing, I answered questions that I owned my house and wanted my kitchen re-done. Then they said they could come give a free estimate, I said great, and picked a day and time...then they said they could only come if my husband was home at the same time - I said, no, thats a giant waste of his time and he is not making the decisions in my kitchen or paying the bill ... and because I wont have my husband sit through the presentation, they wont come!! Honestly, thats unreal. Even if its a legit company the fact that they wont talk about a kitchen remodel with "just" the woman of the house makes me sick. The feminist in me is quite upset over that phone call!
