They are a debt collector. For a company that deals with family members of the deceased, they sure are aggressive in their tactics. Weren’t very professional imo, and when asked for the proof of the debt, or a phone number to call the creditor to verify, they refused to give out, even stating I was already sent everything from them with the details (They might have, but I haven’t seen). I honestly thought they were a scam. I called the original creditor, and it was assigned to this company. Original creditor will call me back tomorrow for a possible workout.
A mashine called to tellus that we need to call a 800# of a Collection Agency and it would be very important. We did of course not call this 800#! They did not leave their name or the name of the collection agency. Who the f... is this? We have no debt anywhere!
I just had the same thing. I shouldn't have any debt anywhere either. My friends that have been called by actual debt collectors are called directly and are never asked to call a different number. I'm thinking it's a scam...
I've gotten about 50 calls from this number and another, Array Services, in the past three months. It's annoying to always find them on my caller id. I've read it's a collection agency but I have no debt.
