They are a debt collector. For a company that deals with family members of the deceased, they sure are aggressive in their tactics. Weren’t very professional imo, and when asked for the proof of the debt, or a phone number to call the creditor to verify, they refused to give out, even stating I was already sent everything from them with the details (They might have, but I haven’t seen). I honestly thought they were a scam. I called the original creditor, and it was assigned to this company. Original creditor will call me back tomorrow for a possible workout.
Yeah same thing happened to me im under 20 so its weird that they would bother me about this sort of thing but they've been calling for a while so my mom is gonna try to look into it.

Just got a call from this number, caller ID said "Array Services." I was told to stay on the line and they would be right with me, and they were. They wanted to know what I needed, I told the lady that they had called me. So she asked to talk to L*** T******, the maiden name of my LATE wife. I told her that she was dead. The lady said she was sorry, I told her it happens to the best of us. She wanted to know when that happened, I gave her the date of June 26th of 2011. She apoligized again, at least she was professional about it. I imagine they will call back again, as my wife did come into the marriage with some outstanding bills.
I got a letter first from J.C. Christensen asking who was in charge of my father's estate. I never replied, I then got a phone call from them on my cell phone. The guy said I am needing to know who is the executor of the estate. I asked who he was and he said his name was Brandon and I asked what it was regarding. He said he could only tell me if I was the person that paid his funeral expenses or was in charge of his estate. I asked him why he was calling me a month after he passed away. He said oh yeah he did pass away on the 11th of last month. He then asked me again if I was in charge of paying for his funeral expenses or executor of his estate. I told him it was none of his business unless he could tell me who he was calling for and he said only if I was in the one that paid his funeral expenses or was executor of his estate. He still wouldn't tell me what bill he was calling about. I told him I thought he was inconsiderate and to take me off of his call list and to collect it the best way he knew how. The call happened today, the letter was last week. So I guess they give you a month after someone passes away to call you. I just think this is awful, they should let people grieve, my Dad died last month on the 11th.
