I just got a call from this number, name was Gene Abbott, gave me another number to reach him asap: 866-529-4559. Google searched the 866 number, it comes back as some legal service in Henderson, NV.
This # is a bill collector.
We have a $4,000.00 bill for emergency surgery that my husband had to have for kidney stone's and we have been talking to a number of people that offer help to people like us that have no health care, to help get this bill paid and the hospital knows this.
Yesterday we got a bill in the mail from the hospital but this morning the turned our account over to JCC.
When I told the woman that called that we are lucky to be able to pay our rent she told me that I should ask our family for help, well both of my parents are passed away as is my husbands mother and his father is on a fixed income as well.
Then she said to ask freinds to help...so I ask her and she laughed at me.
I told her that we don't have anyone that we can ask that in case she hasn't herd a lot of people don't have jobs and are giveing there homes up...so no one is going to help us.
She said well this bill isn't going to go away and I said that there only option that we have is to file beankrupcey and she said well maybe that is what you should do...
Well that takes money too.
I wish these places would understand that no one likes to have outstanding bills and that if we have it we would have paid it already.
