I would like to know as well, I was contacted earlier this afternoon, the number listed on my phone was (302) 534-4341 MN, USA. Although I missed the company's name the person on the other line identified his name as "Brock" and that he was calling in response to a credit card that I have. After stating that the phone call was being recorded, he proceded to ask a ton of personal questions that I wouldn't answer. After telling me that I was being uncooperative and that he was only trying to update his system, I told him great I don't know who you are so put that in your system too. After that he cut straight to the chase and told me that he was willing to cut what I currently owe by 30% and if I'd like to set up that payment right now. I finally told him that I was at work and that I'm not going to handle this right now and that I would call when I got home. I than proceeded to ask if the number that came up on my caller ID was a good contact number, to which he replied that the (866) 494-1350 was a better number. I just called both numbers and got a the same recorded message that all of their representitves were busy and for me to wait. I waited about 2 minutes before hanging up. Hopefully they call back so that I can get a buisness name and address before I tell them that until I get a copy that his company owns or has been asigned the debt, as well as a copy of a statement from the origianl credior listing a complete payment history outlining how they figure I owe twice the original debt that I am done talking with them.

Called from the (320) number again this morning at 9:53am EST. I answered and was promptley hung up on. I'm guessing they use a robo dialer to contact people.
