Got a call from this number but I let it go to VM b/c I never answer calls that I'm not familiar with. I listened to the VM and it was an automated voice stating it was from the IRS and is prepared to sue me if I did not respond. I tried calling the IRS with absolutely no luck of talking to anyone b/c I wanted to make sure they weren't actually wanting to sue me. I called the number back, some lady with a strong accent answered and asked what my phone number is (I gave them my number) then she asked if I could call back in 10mins.....I'm thinking SCAM so I've reported the incident.
Just got same call here in central Florida after I let it go to voicemail, saying fm IRS and will sue. Will report as must be a scam after reading other post.
Same phone number called my partner's phone number saying they were going to sue me. The IRS would not have his info, as we do not live together, nor do we file taxes together. Reporting this call immediatley
This place is saying they are the IRS and you must leave to get the money right away or the sherriff will come and arrest you. Asked very important questions that they could not give me answers to. Do not fall for the SCAM!!!
