In the past two days myself, my Aunt and a friend of my sister all got calls from this scam threatening law suits for non payment of taxes. I can imagine if the three of us got calls that the community as a whole was flooded with these attempts to swindle hard working people out of their money. Be smart and just ignore them. Don't answer calls if you don't recognize a number or name and if you don't already have caller id it is a good idea to subscribe.
These people are too lazy to take honest jobs and would much rather take your money off your hands. Don't give them that opportunity.
