Since they located overseas, and the US has no jurisdiction, how you expect the current administration or any future administration, regardless of the party "prosecute them" as you say?
Answered and then listened. They never said a word. Just Hung up. Blocked the number. Too bad the Obama Administration does not prosecute these people for calling numbers that are registered in Do Not Call. Not sure what good we get out of the government any more!
