Since they located overseas, and the US has no jurisdiction, how you expect the current administration or any future administration, regardless of the party "prosecute them" as you say?
I called them back and they said they were fundraising for the police department and when I told them I couldn't give them money they kept on insisting asking me how much I would like to donate and then finally they hung up on me when I told them I couldn't.
