Gather as much info as you can including recordings if you can get them and then make complaints to the Attorney General, FBI, FCC, FTC,BBB, Your Congressmen and Senators. Post a note if I have left out an agency.
And then make up stupid stories. The current one I am answering with is why are you stalking a dead person and give a fake name for myself. My caller is Andrew Johnson and he says even if she's dead I still need to talk to her.

The indian guy called and asked to speak to my husband. I tell him he is not hear what is this about . I recongized the voice from calls before but wanted to hear his line. He said it was about a government loan my husband applied for. I told jom no he didn't/ The guy said you need to listen. I told him shut up and I don't need to listen to him and remove my number. When you try to call back it is either busy or just plays music
this guy obviously from india has called me several times harrasing me about how i had signed up for some government loan a lng time ago. tells me i have to pay $3.86 for some fee to hold my spot to open a user name and password and secure it. when i try to hang up or say i'm uninterested he trys to have me talk to his "supervisor" and if you hang up he calls back.
