they called my cell phone, i did not answer, when i called them back to find out who it is there was no answer on their end.

I filled out an online health insurance quote and they have been calling me ever since. The phone only rings once, because I have answer tones so they think that someone is answering and they hang up. If anyone knows how to get them to stop please let me know.

I suggest when you fill out a form for like insurance or something alike lie on your number put 000-000-0000 then there only way of making contact with you would be by email.
