I RECEIVED SEVERAL CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AT MY EMPLOYMENT AND ON CELLPHONE. tHIS HAS BENN GOING ON OVER SEVERAL MONTHS. THE MOST RECENT WAS TODAY AT WORK. THE PERSON CALLING WAS EDDIE BRAK AND HE TOLD THE PERSON TAKING THE MESSAGE IT WAS LEGAL MATTER. I GET CALLS AT HOME. THE ONE TIME I SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHEN THEY CALLED, I WAS TOLD THAT I HAS DEFAULT ON A LOAN WITH SOME COMPANY THAT I NEVER TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH. THEY TOLD THAT LEGAL ACTIONS WOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST ME. BUT I HAVE YET TO RECEIVED ANYTHING.
I work for a company and take all incoming calls. The same foreign sounding guy keeps calling, almost on a daily basis, asking for one of our employees. I've never verified that the person they're asking for works here or anything. They've left this number and said they were calling from the legal department of PCS, a company out of Florida and the employee has a legal matter that needs to be discussed with them. He sounds like a person from India, but gave the name Ben Matthews. It sounded like a scam immediately. I contacted the employee after the call and they verified that they had received similar calls to their cell phone and couldn't get them to stop.
they are a payday loan collection company trying to collect on a bad internet payday loan. If they are calling you, you owe the money. Unless you can prove you are victim of identity theft.

I was just wondering if there was a way we could start posting these phone #'s and comments on Facebook or something. I imagine there are a lot of people unaware, and falling for this that don't know to look here. I know I did at the beginning. I've even thought of contacting CNN. For real!!!!
