They called with ridiculous questions about whether I wanted to lower my CC interest rates, but no specifics. Wouldn't say name of their company. I finally told her it was absurd and I had no interest in it. SHE CALLED BACK!!!! Said she'd recorded the entire 'rude' conversation, that my wife was a [***], and that she was going to raise my interest rate 10%. On two call backs I made to the number, they asked if the call was regarding lowering rates, and when I started to ask again what company she represented, all she came up with was they are representing people with VISA and MasterCards. When I pressed to find out the name of HER company she hung up. They would probably have eventually gotten around to trying to ply CC numbers from me if I'd have gone along. What a bunch of crooks.
