The first few times I picked up the call and there was ringing on the other end.  I waited for someone to answer.  A women answered with an accent making it hard to understand her.  There was also alot of back ground noise.  I couldn't understand much because of the noise, but the women was inquiring about a credit card ending in a certain four digit number and wanting to confirm my address to send me something.  She also had my name. I tried to get more information, but I could never hear much because of the back ground noise.  I quit answering calls from the number.  I called the number back, it rings numerous time, and then a recording states the call could not go through.
