Consistently get a blind - dial "Unknown Name" with 321-304-9999 as the id.
Pressing any button seems to put me in a queue to talk to someone, but never seems to go thru.
I'm on the do not call list, which would be enforced by the government, excepting that the entire bureau has been gutted by the last administration. Not to worry though... when I find the location...
23 Jul 2011My number is on the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) national Do Not Call registry.
This is from Harold that reported the same company using another phone number but we should all follow his advise.
I received a call from this number - 406-219-2525 - on July 23, 2011. My Caller ID displayed the letters "PROCEDURES" and the telephone number. It is likely a fake telephone number but that does not matter.
EVERY TIME I receive an unwanted call such as this one I report it to the FTC using its online complaint format. It doesn't matter if it is a fake number or not. I provide the date, time of the call, what Caller ID displayed and the message if there was one. I have decided to let the FTC know that people are tired of unwanted calls.
These companies/individuals know that most people will not bother to complain to the FTC - that is what they are relying on. Thus, they stay under the FTC's radar. Complaining at this website, other than identifying the caller and letting others know they are not unique, does little to stop the calls.
If more people would complain to the FTC and not just complain on this forum, the FTC WILL take action against these annoying callers. The FTC does not act on one complaint alone. It takes many complaints before they will take action - but they DO take action if enough citizens complain.

This is a scam! Do not give them any info. They tell you your interest rate on your credit card is about to rise so they want to "help" you stabilize it. Once you give them your credit card info, you are screwed. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!
ROBOCALL to cell: This is Rachel with credit services. There is nothing wrong with your account but it is urgent that you contact us immediately to lower your interest rates....
Rec'd a call at 9:00 am. Got a call yesterday at 12:00 pm from 407-480-9999. Same people. They are using probably hundreds of numbers through the carrier Peerless Network of Florida LLC (headquarters major company is in Chicago). Also another carrier is Bandwith Communications CLEC located in NC. Now my caller ID says cell phone. These people are credit card scammers wanting your information so they can use your credit card & max out your balances. Please take the time to file an on-line complaint with the FCC. It takes about five minutes. This is not going to stop unless we fight back. Even if they get 100 or 200 or 300 poor consumers to fall for this they are racking in big bucks. These people are bottom feeders with no souls.
