Company places a robo-call using a recorded message without anyone on the line (this is illegal) then states that you can press "1" to talk to someone. They claim to be "Credit Card Services" and state that they will lower your interest rates. This is just a scam. A legitimate call would, first off, have a person on the line, and second would answer questions...
